Processing Times

Each piece of art is printed on demand to ensure the highest quality.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days from the order date.
  • Once your artwork is ready, it will be shipped promptly.

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: Typically 5–10 business days after processing.
  • Cost: Free for all orders.

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier logistics.

 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! However, please keep in mind the following:

  • Customs Fees: Additional customs or import fees may apply for certain destinations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the order or shipping fees.
  • Delivery Times: Times vary depending on the destination country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. For real-time updates on your order’s progress, you can use the Shop app:

With the Shop app, you can:

  • Get real-time delivery notifications.
  • Track your order with a live map.

How to Use the Shop App:

  1. Customers in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia can download the Shop app directly from the order status page on mobile devices.
  2. After downloading the app and creating an account, your order details will sync automatically for tracking.

Even without the app, you can still monitor your order through the shipping updates provided.



Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care to package each piece securely. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please let us know within 14 days of the delivery date. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
