Returns

At Vesintra, we understand that sometimes, an item may not be the perfect fit for your space. That’s why we offer a hassle-free return policy for situations where you’ve changed your mind, or the artwork doesn’t complement your décor.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for customer preference under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item is in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at vesintrashop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Instructions: We’ll provide our return address and detailed instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit and ship it back using a courier of your choice.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Important Notes

  • Due to customer preference, we do not offer exchanges or store credit for returns.
  • Returns must include all original packaging to qualify for a refund.
  • A partial refund may apply if the item is returned damaged or in unsellable condition.

Refunds

We offer refunds in the following cases:

  1. Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. Provide a photo of the damaged or defective artwork, along with your order number, so we can process a replacement or refund.
  2. Incorrect Item Received: If you received an incorrect item, please let us know within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.

Note: We do not offer refunds for minor color variations or differences in appearance between your screen and the printed artwork, as these may vary due to screen settings.

How to Request a Refund

  • Your order number
  • Attach any supporting photos or documents that are relevant to your claim.
  • A brief description of the issue, including relevant context.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Orders lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Minor color variations or slight deviations in appearance.
  • Change of mind after placing an order.

Processing Time for Refunds

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
